Supramolecular Chemosensing Ensembles: More Information through Communication

In this talk, we present new supramolecular chemosensing ensembles that can be utilized for the detection of spectroscopically silent analytes in aqueous media. This enabled the development of versatile reactive-probe assays, indicator-displacement assays and associative-binding assays.1, 2
Starting from fundamental considerations and practical requirements, we show the development of chemosensors that can be used for the detection of drugs in blood serum and the label-free monitoring of biochemical/biophysical processes in real-time.3, 4
